The focal point of the company bauconsult s.l. is the assumption of the control tasks of the officially prescribed ARQUITECTO TÉCNICO or APAREJADOR ("test engineer") for new buildings like hotels, apartmenthouses, single family houses and multi family houses as well as DIRECTION OF THE PROJECT.
Everything is cared for by one hand from PLANNING until the project delivery.

The question, how a german constructional engineer comes to Fuerteventura, answered Mr. Weiner as follows during an interview:

A little the coincidence. Before approximately 20 years the desire to life in another country brought me to Gran Canaria. Coming from Berlin, a big city, I noticed that I landed in a "large pool" again. On the other hand the climate inspired me and this is surely not insignificantly, because my joint complaints, which I had since my childhood, had suddenly disappeared.

After approximately 2 years at Lanzarote, at the beginning of the 80's I moved to Fuerteventura. Since that time I live and work here. I cannot deplore over to less work, it´s more the reverse, so I have to look for that the "sequence of live and work" does not turn around.

Particularly since I got the official permission to be a APAREJADOR, the inquiries clearly growed up. But I hope, that I have enough remaining time to enjoy the width and silence of this island and transform it into power and drive.
