- Requesting, monitoring and acceleration of the
licensing procedure (building request)
- Cost offers, their examination and evaluation
- Source of supply and price proofs of materials,
elements and mechanisms; Assistance with possible imported
goods
- Cost calculation, cost control, calculation of profitableness
- Local constructional supervision inclusively required correspondence
(english and/or spanish) e.g. reports to the owner, lack reports,
delay of target-date etc.
- Project support until its conclusion/delivery

III.
Constructional supervision as individual service

- Monitoring of the execution of the object on agreement with
the building collecting mains and plans under adherence of the
recognized rules of the architecture and the relevant construction
specifications
- Listing / monitoring of building schedules; Making a building
report book
- Squaring of building works as basis for intermediate and
final accounts
- Bill control and monitoring of payment dates
- Request for official acceptance, participation at it, logging
- Delivery of the project inclusively compilation and delivery
of the necessary documents, e.g. inspection reports, operating
instructions, etc..
- Listing of guarantee periods
- Defect removal: Monitoring of the removal of lacks, which were
determined during the acceptance (Follow UP)
