Performance specification for Project orientated Building attendant Activities

General

bauconsult s.l. represents the interests of the BUILDING OWNER locally and generally if necessary and attached.
1º Paragraph
bauconsult s.l. participates at discussions and further preparing works. The company will visit the building land periodically, observe the expiration of building and building progress and report every important incident to all involved persons, in two languages if necessary and attached.
2º Paragraph
bauconsult s.l. takes part advisory under representation of the interests of the BUILDING OWNER in placing of orders; a separate agreement will be made about this if necessary and attached (contract design / -negotiation).
3º Paragraph
When visiting the building land bauconsult s.l. transmits / controls possibly desired changes and/or arrangements of the BUILDING OWNER.
4º Paragraph
bauconsult s.l. will control the arrangements, specified in the paragraph before, when visiting the building land and report every unusual incident to all involved persons, in two languages if necessary and attached.
5º Paragraph
bauconsult s.l. will make available informations / explanations / interpretations for all questions in technical or general kind the BUILDING OWNER may have in his national language (here: english).
6º Paragraph
bauconsult s.l. participates at discussions in the agreed extend, which are arranged by the BUILDING OWNER or the DIRECCIÓN FACULTATIVA, in representation of the BUILDING OWNER; it will log the summary of the discussion and distribute this to all involved persons, in two or three languages in accordance with the made agreement.
7º Paragraph
  In co-operation with our house architect since many years, we offer the complete planning inclusive all preliminary investigations and additional services for all kinds of above ground constructions and in each size.
8º Paragraph
The period of the described activities of bauconsult s.l. is regulated by an appropriate contractual agreement.
9º Paragraph
The fee is regulated by an appropriate contractual agreement.
