His
tasks?
  |
 |
The field of the APAREJADORS covers many special
fields and/or specialist areas. The local connection, like executing
construction of hotels, apartmenthouses, single- and multi family
houses, his activity can be compared earliest with the tasks of a
official ordered construction supervisor and test engineer. Many times
he also execute the direction of the project. The direction of the
project however is a seperate scope of functions and differs from
the tasks of the APAREJADORS. It is offered by
seperatly within the frame of it´s entire activities. Organizational
and for the building owner ideally, if both ranges are in "one hand".

His
employment?
  |
 |
For all building project, also very small ones
(e.g. changes and extensions) his employment is legally compellingly
prescribed.
Simplified you can compare the activity of the APAREJADORS with that
from the "ATI" for cars: for each vehicle (speak: building
project) ATI is prescribed, to pay by the car owner (speak: building
owner).
